The Intalev company started implementation of the module "Intalev: Corporate finances", entering a program and methodical complex "Intalev: Corporate management", in the retail network of shops "Rive Gauche" belonging to Perfume Standard company.
Shops "Rive Gauche" offer clients perfumery and cosmetic goods and are located in 24 cities in the northwest and the South of Russia.
In 2008 the company set for itself the task of increase in efficiency of financial management. Upgrade of the existing system should affect three main areas: budgeting, operational management of cash flows and management accounting. All these problems will be solved within the single database.
For project implementation the project team is created from 13 people: 9 people from the customer and 4 from the developer of the software product. The company expects to receive Prevy results by June, 2008, and to the full extent the new management system for finance should start working in December, 2008.
