2023: How is the digitalization of the Ryazan region. Results of the year

In 2023, within the framework of the Digital Economy program in the Ryazan Region, a maximum assessment of citizens' satisfaction with the quality of providing mass socially significant public services was achieved. The region rose from 63 to 32 places in the ranking of leaders of digital transformation. Such data were released on February 14, 2024 by the local government.

It is reported that in 2023, under the project to eliminate digital inequality, sustainable mobile communications and high-speed Internet access appeared in 29 settlements of the Ryazan region. Eight more settlements are provided with modern communication within the framework of the agreement between the regional government and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia. In addition, a single video surveillance system has been launched under the Safe City program: a total of 170 cameras are connected, 91 of which have a biometrics function. The system allows you to search for people, cars, as well as monitor the current situation.

As of the beginning of 2023, coverage of the warning systems of the territory of the Ryazan region was 68.04%. By the end of this year, this figure was brought to 75% thanks to the installation of an additional 65 alert points. At the same time, the regional center is 100% covered.

On the basis of the Center for Information Technologies of the Ryazan Region, a hardware and software Center for countering cyber threats is being gradually created with the introduction of a system for managing information security and security events - SIEM. As part of the initiative to introduce the Unified Digital Card of a Resident (ECC), about 20 thousand applications for its issuance were received. As of the end of 2023, such a card in Ryazan can be used as an electronic travel ticket, including a preferential one, as a reading ticket, as well as when receiving support measures. It includes loyalty programs.

In addition, in 2023, the Open Region 62 service was implemented, providing online payments for housing and communal services. The first stage of creation of the GIS "Electronic State Construction Supervision" (EGSN) was carried out.
