Rusnano Inform transfers document flow to mobile devices

In April, 2008. The Russian Nanotechnology Corporation state corporation announced competition on selection of the supplier of the solution on system implementation of electronic document management. Selection terms of the supplier were:

• experience of implementation of electronic document management systems;
• quality of the provided services;
• system implementation term;
• position of supplier company in the market of information technologies.

According to the results of tender the decision was made that the LANIT company will be a contractor of the project and for system deployment of electronic document management of corporation the technology platform of LanDocs will be used.

Within the planned works as the contractor the following tasks were solved:

• ensuring complete electronic accounting and control of the movement of all main documents;
• development and deployment of uniform end-to-end technology of control of execution of documents and tasks according to administrative processes and regulations;
• ensuring electronic information exchange about documents, the course of their consideration and execution;
• creation of archive of documents;
• creation of the conditions necessary for giving to electronic documents of legal force.

Specialists of LANIT started execution of works at the beginning of July, 2008. During the course of performance works along with the solution of above-mentioned tasks were automated functions:

• registration, considerations, mailing and control of execution of incoming correspondence;
• creations, approvals and registration of outgoing correspondence;
• registration office and reports;
• approvals and registration of drafts of the organizational and administrative documents (OAD); accounting, mailing, acquaintance and the control of execution approved by OAD;
• approvals, registration and accounting of powers of attorney;
• accounting of contractual documentation;
• publications of documents EDMS in the Intranet network for internal use.

In November – December, 2008 development of EDMS in the following directions was executed:

• development of an automated workplace of the Head;
• transfer of the saved-up documents EDMS which are earlier given in base;
• automation of new office work processes: accounting, storage of protocols and also control of execution of points of protocols; approvals of contractual documentation; creations of "bank of the curriculum vitae of applicants", accounting and storage of the summary and the accompanying documentation concerning personnel recruitment.

In October, 2011 the Rusnano Inform Company developed the application for workflow systems functioning on mobile carriers, including iPhone and iPad. Now the solution is implemented in addition to the stationary client of the workflow system LanDocs of development of LANIT company which within several years was used in JSC RUSNANO.

New mobile application is supported by functionality for business users, allowing to create and send instructions, to supplement reports with audio-, text and graphic resolutions, to control accomplishment of instructions, to browse documents. As developers say, thanks to the universality the new product can be configured on specific objectives of any companies, regardless of industry accessory and specifics of activity.
