Karatau (Intalev: Corporate management)

On analysis results of the market of the consulting companies and software solutions on budget management, the INTALEV group and the software product "INTALEV was selected: Corporate management". The implementation project of automated information system of management of finance started in June, 2009, and included three large blocks:

• Functional area Budget planning (a response on functional area of the Budget planning project)
• Functional area the Payment schedule and the adoption of agreements" (a response on functional area of the "Payment Schedule and Adoption of Agreements" project)
• Functional area "Management accounting and reporting"

In January, 2010 the works on setting and automation of schedule system, and budgeting, the payment schedule and adoption of agreements were completed, system testing is made, a system is ready to trial operation.

In June, 2010, the functional unit "Management accounting and the reporting" a main objective which transfer of actual data from accounting in a managerial circuit for carrying out the analysis of plan-fact deviations is started.

In 1.5 months, within functional area "Management accounting and the reporting", the main regulations were developed, the process reflecting uniform methodology of collecting of managerial data on the come true facts of business activities is described. Transfer of actual data from an accounting circuit is as a result tested, the management reporting according to actual data in software "INTALEV is received: Corporate management", plan-fact control of deviations in a uniform managerial circuit is exercised. Besides, within this stage Regulations on the system of key indicators of activity of Karatau LLP and in the module "are developed by Intalev: Corporate controlling" setup of these indicators is performed. Now we had an opportunity online conveniently to keep track with any frequency of the current values of key indicators of activity of our enterprise directly on a desktop of computers, without spending efforts to obtaining these data from different information systems. And timely to initiate required managerial influences.
