2022: Data Management Upgrade

On June 22, 2022 system integrator , the developer Navicon announced that he had transferred to specialized depository "Infinitum" the updated version of the corporate (regulatory reference information storage NSI). During Navicon MDM the project, it was possible to improve the quality and speed of processing, data as well as configure integrations state information with the services of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, FIAS, and EFRSB. MNR Users can quickly receive master data on assets and deposits.

The specificity of the work of JSC "Specialized depository" Infinitum "consists in the use at different levels of the company of many software systems that must seamlessly interact with each other. Each of the three main activities of Infinitum (special control, registers, depository services) provides for its own accounting system. In addition, the company has a number of auxiliary IT solutions, such as electronic document management - more than 20 IT systems in total. Navicon MDM helps you synchronize regulatory reference information across IT systems and avoid data errors that could impact your business, reporting, and customer engagement.

The decision to upgrade the system to Navicon MDM 2.0 was made due to the growing number of customers of the special depository and the volume of data in IT systems. The company decided to increase the speed of information processing and connecting new customers. The Navicon team was also tasked with reducing the total labor required to support data quality and seamlessly integrating IT solutions with external resources.

Unlike the earlier version of the product, Navicon MDM 2.0 provides more options for integrating and collecting data from third-party sources, a search engine is implemented that allows you to work with data arrays, use fuzzy and full-text search. In addition, the system has updated the user interface and added versionality. data storage

Thanks to the Navicon MDM update, Infinitum managed to consolidate data from more than 20 heterogeneous IT systems. In addition, Navicon MDM 2.0 has established the receipt of information on assets, counterparties and depositors, accounts from the National Settlement Depository, the bases of the global investment network GIIN, USRUL and USRIP of the Federal Tax Service, EFRSB, as well as the state address register of Federal Information Address System and KLADR. As a result, a specialized depository can provide a larger range of services with the same number of employees - this is important in a competitive market.

"The main complexity of the project at Infinitum is a large number of information systems specific to the customer's business. We managed to cope with the task and set up seamless integrations between them. As a result, the company has established centralized data management and created a single "source of truth" to support business decision-making. This became possible largely due to the involvement of the company's management and the culture of working with data formed in the special department, "

"The securities market in Russia is quite strictly regulated. Both we and our customers have to draw up many reports. For example, we report on each activity. Reports are generated in the corresponding accounting systems, and if the data in them is not synchronized, there is a risk of submitting incorrect information. Therefore, it is extremely important for us that the company's software systems are provided with high-quality regulatory reference information. Navicon MDM is a domestic development that helps us manage NSI for almost ten years. That is why we decided to switch to an updated version of the product, "
