2022: Implementation of 1C: KOP Salary and Personnel Management
On June 27, 2022, 1C-Rarus announced the automation of personnel management, payroll and reporting at Kellogg Rus based on 1C: Payroll and HR Management of KORP solution. As a result of the project, the current business processes of the company have been optimized, the costs of supporting, updating and developing the personnel accounting system have been reduced, integration with external global and local systems has been implemented.
According to the company, before the project , a third-party solution was used to keep personnel records and calculate wages in the company, which has not been updated or developed by the vendor over the past years. The customer had difficulties supporting the system and reflecting changes in Russian legislation related to personnel accounting, formation and submission of reports. The processes of preparation and reporting, maintenance of time sheets and HR workflow were time-consuming.
To correct the situation, the customer decided to automate personnel management, payroll and reporting based on the 1C: Payroll and HR Management solution. The configuration was chosen due to full compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the possibility of development and timely update, as well as the experience of working with the program among employees. The contractor of the project was selected "1C-Rarus."
Project results
- Automated hourly accounting of absences, downtime, work on weekends, based on the entered time interval and types of time. Time recording for auxiliary works with control by scheduled time.
- A flexible approach to linking accounting accounts to accrual, accrual type and counterparty has been implemented.
- It automates the accounting and storage of various additional corporate analysts for staffing positions, employees and personnel documents with the preservation of the change history.
- You have developed a mechanism for detailing postings and analyses of generated postings.
- The mechanism for calculating the bonus and reserves for bonuses according to corporate policies has been implemented.
- Submission of regulated reporting through ITS "1C: Reporting" service is ensured. Automation made it possible to reduce the time for the formation and submission of personnel reports.
- We have automated the closing of the period according to two different schemes: corporate closing ( at the beginning of the quarter there is a closing in the first 4 weeks, then in the next 4 weeks, after which the remaining 5 weeks of the quarter are closed ) with the formation and unloading of transactions into the international financial system and monthly closing in accordance with Russian law. The postings to the final monthly close are generated as a difference to the corporate close by turnover.
