2021: Implementation of a pilot solution based on SAP S/4HANA
BearingPoint helped Polyus implement the second stage of the full-scale business transformation program as a general contractor for the development and implementation of a pilot solution based on SAP S/4HANA and its first circulation to the largest business unit - Polyus Krasnoyarsk JSC.
As part of the analytical reporting project on the BW/4HANA platform:
- Reports on 10 areas based on BW/4HANA were implemented, including engineering and technical reports, reports on the project budget and contract registers, reports on reserves, electricity planning;
- Implemented dashboards based on Lumira Designer and SAC in 6 directions with flexible performance tuning functionality and custom controls;
- Implemented integration with 9 systems, including SAP S/4HANA,, SAP Ariba production systems and consolidation system. Redesigned for new BW tools and implemented a packaged solution for model S/4 mepping data budgetings and consolidation.
