There is no need to set up an account to log in to the voting system, as voting forms come to a council member's personal mail - the kind of mail he is confident in being safe. I would like to note that when conducting a secret ballot through Polys, you can clearly see which of the council members took part in the vote, but not what kind of choice the voter made. This is related to the procedure for holding a secret ballot, when the counting commission can see to whom the ballots are distributed (when voting with paper ballots, in this case, the council members sign on the manifest list, since the ballots cannot fall into the wrong hands), but the voting results remain anonymous for the counting commission. I was also pleased with the speed of the system while using it with the full board. The automatic counting of votes by the system eliminates the possibility of errors that may arise when counting votes manually, when the election procedure for 50 candidates is carried out at a council meeting, as at our meetings.
