The developers invite companies with a need for hiring employees, services in the field of transport, residential real estate, city administrations, regional accelerators, representatives of regions and federal authorities to cooperate on the Program. The project involves supporting personnel at all stages of relocation - from information (providing information about regions and companies experiencing a shortage of personnel, lists of vacancies, requirements and opportunities for the relocated) to organizing city and federal state support programs in the form of benefits, subsidies for moving, providing housing and land for rent and property. The use of the Program should provide an integrated approach to the implementation of further training programs and the relocation of labor resources and at the same time consolidate the demand and supply of personnel.
