2019: WMS Implementation

The implementation of WMS in the company's warehouses located in the Moscow region took place in two stages. As part of the first, a warehouse of disks and batteries was launched, the second was automated warehouses of cars and trucks. The total area of ​ ​ automated premises is about 20,000 sq.m.

The tasks of the project included automation of typical warehouse operations, WMS also had to be integrated with the previously implemented AXELOT TMS X4 transport logistics management automation system and the company's 1C: UT corporate management system.

AXELOT specialists automated all the main warehouse processes, and also performed a number of improvements that correspond to the specifics of working with tires: taking into account the number of storeys of metal stands for storing tires during warehouse operations, consolidated assembly of flights into a common transport container in accordance with the loading procedure, nuances of working with unmarked products (working with lists, identification by tire size) and solved a number of other problems.

AXELOT WMS X5 through the DATAREON MQ software product was integrated with TMS and CIS.
