On Public services, debtors can now learn about the ban on leaving Russia

It is noted that the service "Progress of lifting the restriction on leaving Russia" was created as part of the implementation of the "Digital Enforcement Production" super service.

At the beginning of the summer of 2022, 5.5 million decisions were in effect on a temporary restriction on the departure of debtors from the Russian Federation. In the first 5 months of 2022 alone, it was used within the framework of 10.3 million enforcement proceedings.

The FSSP said that the amount of debt on court decisions, in which the restriction of departure can be established, is 30 thousand rubles, and for certain categories of enforcement proceedings, for example, on the recovery of alimony or compensation for moral damage caused by the crime, - 10 thousand rubles. At the same time, in other types of proceedings, if the debtor, after two months from the end of the term for voluntary execution, did not fulfill the requirements of the executive document, the bailiff has the right to restrict his departure with a debt of more than 10 thousand rubles.[1]
