2022: Introduction of software robots
The NFP office of First Bit introduced software robots that independently participate in electronic bidding and procurement on behalf of the company in which they work. The company "First BIT" announced this on July 13, 2022. Masha and Misha, the so-called robots in the company, automate tasks in the sales department and the procurement department. Misha searches for relevant purchases and participates in auctions, and Masha prepares a package of purchase documents and calculates the initial maximum contract price.
Misha and Masha is a software and methodological complex for the development of the NFP office of the First Bit company. These are complexes of algorithms and scripts for digitalization and automation of the company's business processes, robots perform routine work for living employees, reducing the likelihood of error and the impact of the human factor.
Robot Mikhail automates routine tasks in the sales department. It searches for new purchases on popular sites according to the template that was prepared by the employee. The robot works with such trading platforms as Roseltorg JSC, Kontur. Snacks, EIS Procurement, and the developers are working to expand the list of supported sites.
Robot Maria automates routine tasks for preparing a package of documents for competitive procedures for the purchase of services or goods, performs the calculation of the NMCC. It interacts with the mail or file resource to obtain the task and input data, searches for the corresponding document template and fills in the details according to the specified algorithm. Based on the results of the work, it forms the final package of documents and sends the result by mail to the employee or places it on a file resource.
The use of robotic software systems makes it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of the organization, reduce the number of errors and improve the quality of customer service. The robot increases the accuracy and speed of procurement work, freeing employees from routine tasks and reducing the impact of the human factor. We are constantly improving them to meet the requirements of our customers and strive to make it easier for processes that take a long time, but do not require a large employee qualification, "said Victoria Babankina, head of development at the NFP office of First Bit. |
Robot Misha and Masha, like other robots developed by the First Bit, is a universal process automation methodology that can be implemented on any RPA platform. Software complexes are implemented on the Russian PIX RPA Platform and on the international - UiPath.
Software robots from the company's NFP office First Bit for July 2022 are implemented in more than 80 projects.
