Mostotrest made the decision and implemented CPM

PROPHIX became the basis for the SPPR project (decision making support system) completed by Ksema company together with the Sloe in JSC Mostotrest.

After changes in a management structure of the company, the question of optimization of work with branches did not begin to be postponed. The customer made the decision on implementation of SPPR.

Goals and Objectives

• Process automation of budget management in the multifilial company.
• Reduction of time expenditure on collecting, check and consolidation of data.
• Receiving the tool for comprehensive information analysis.

Optimization of management of branches required significant changes in the available processes, including consolidation of financial data, creation of the management reporting, management of budgets and so forth. By the beginning of implementation works, these processes were performed in Excel and a new system should provide transfer of the available working scheme.

One more requirement - ability to integrate a system with products 1C and the normative reference information implemented in them.

Implementation

Orientation of PROPHIX to business users allowed to perform transfer of the working scheme by the staff of Mostotrest in the first months after implementation, and the technology platform of a product allowed to integrate systems and to organize a uniform information warehouse for the reporting and the analysis.

Result

Having left from an outdated system, Mostotrest received the modern solution which is applied to management of budgets of branches, financial consolidation, the multidimensional analysis, creation of the management reporting and other aspects of business management. Tasks were solved by the project and implementation in full. Using PROPHIX processes of mailing and loading of budget data from branches, considerations and the approvals of budgets of different levels were automated. Creation of a uniform information warehouse eliminated a number of problems with violation of communications, characteristic of spreadsheets, in formulas and tables, insufficient security of corporate information, difficult and labor-consuming consolidation. The analytical PROPHIX tools made possible comprehensive multiple factor analysis, flexible modeling and creation of trends and forecasts.
