2022: Completion of the introduction of personnel electronic document management

The digital platform for companies and individuals SberKorus announced on July 20, 2022 the completion of the digital transformation of personnel in the document flow the Russian electrotechnical company. Elevel CEDO from SberKorus 300 employees of the company have already been connected to the service, who have issued 60 electronic personnel documents.

Elevel employees got the opportunity to interact with the personnel department in an online format: sign an electronic signature agreement and confidentiality agreement, transfer documents containing personal data, send applications for vacation, receive and sign additional agreements to employment contracts, business trip orders, internal regulations and other personnel documents.

As noted in the company, after the introduction of KEDO, the transparency of document flow has significantly increased, now all employees know exactly what documents, when and who signed. In addition, the quality of work with remote employees has increased. Implementation has already been carried out in 4 branches of the company in 9 regions, and in October 2022, after the completion of the process of automation of the creation and submission of personnel documents, the transfer of employees of the main office to the EDC will begin.

Among the technical features of the product, which have become the main advantages for the company, one can single out the issuance of an electronic signature for employees via SMS, integration with 1C and an extension for 1C ZUP. In addition, the company's employees noted the simplicity and clarity of the system interface.

When implementing the CED, the main goals were to improve the efficiency of the human resources department without increasing the number of employees, increase the transparency and quality of personnel documents and the ability to use the system as a competitive feature in working with new employees.
