The digital platform for companies and individuals SberKorus has introduced three functions in the personnel electronic document management (KEDO) service. Users can now adjust the visibility of documents to HR employees, send documents without signing by the employer, and attach any attachments to the documents being sent. The ideas of the functionality were obtained during a survey of users of the service.

The introduction of functions will help to digitize any personnel process and save up to 60% of the time of HR block employees on routine tasks.

Document type visibility settings will help you split workflows between people. Now you can single out employees responsible for a certain personnel area: vacations, hiring, sick leave, etc.

Sending documents without signing by the employer will speed up the receipt of employees' consent to the processing of personal data or their transfer to third parties by 20-30%.

Also in the EDC from SberKorus, attachments to the document are now available. This is done to facilitate the registration of additional vacations, parental leave and other types of documents with which you need to additionally present any other document (certificate, etc marriage child's birth certificate.).

For the convenience of employees, the employer can set up receiving free SMS or e-mail notifications about changing the status of personnel documents so that they can quickly make the necessary additions or receive information about the approval of leave or sick leave.

Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The digital platform for companies and individuals SberKorus received a certificate of inclusion of the personnel electronic document management service (K)E-DOCUMENT FLOW in this company unified register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases. The entry in the register No. 15727 was made after the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation on December 5, 2022.

Launch of partner program for HR entrepreneurs

On August 25, 2022, the SberKorus digital platform for companies and individuals launched a partner program for personnel electronic document management (KEDO). SberKorus partners will receive up to 35% of the check amount for successfully recommending the service to their clients. KED 2.0

On June 28, 2022, SberKorus released an updated version of the personnel electronic document management (KEDO) 2.0 service. Now companies can work with various print forms from 1C and upload an archive of documents for a specific employee or the entire company, and employees can use a lightweight version of the system on smartphones and more.

According to the company, 85% of improvements and updated functions are offered by users of the service. In the first five months of 2022, 1,800 employees from 70 companies were loaded into the service. And since the launch of the KEDO in April 2021 - 2400 employees. Users signed and sent 5,600 documents. The service is especially popular with companies with a distributed or regional team.

KEDO 2.0 includes 19 changes, which are divided into three parts (functionality for companies, updated capabilities for employees and optimization of information security).

2021: Launch of KEDO

Thanks to the CEDO from SberKorus, personnel specialists will be able to work electronically with employment contracts, orders, safety logs, time sheets and other documents. Employees will be able to sign them using an enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP) based on [[Sberbank ID |SberID]]. At the same time, the employee will retain the possibility of authorization in his personal account using SberID even after dismissal - thus, he will not need to duplicate documents on paper after the termination of labor relations. Also, the KEDO service from SberKorus provides for the possibility of independent release of UNEP by an employee in just 3 minutes - right inside the system.

The transfer of personnel documents online will be especially relevant for those companies that have completely or partially transferred employees to remote work during the pandemic. In most cases, this led to a significant increase not only in the timing, but also in the cost of signing documents against the background of complicated logistics and additional costs for couriers or postal services. Legislative initiatives have also become a serious incentive for the digitalization of personnel document management.

Thanks to the Federal Law of December 8, 2020 No. 407-FZ, which entered into force on January 1, 2021 and regulates the interaction of the company with remote workers, as early as April 2021, the status of a "remote employee" is a sufficient basis for signing any personnel documents with an electronic signature without restrictions - including employment contracts. And 122-FZ expands the scope of the CEDO to several hundred more companies participating in the Ministry of Labor's experiment on the use of electronic documents related to work. For April 2021, the terms of the experiment of the Ministry of Labor have been extended until November 15, 2021 - new participants can join it.
