2022: System Purpose and Capabilities
The Digital Controller system is designed to optimize the process of collecting data from power metering devices and reduce labor costs for processing accounting data from various sources. The use of the system increases the level of reliability of readings, detects gross errors when entering readings on a mobile device, and also transmits additional information (photo, GPS coordinates) along with readings. The use of the system leads to optimization of operation and minimization of costs, comfortable and fast input of readings using a specially designed interface for mobile devices, paper saving by automatic transfer of information in electronic form between system components.
According to the information for July 2022, the following functionality of the System was implemented:
- Formation of route sheets of various categories (reading of CPs (metering devices); carrying out instrumental checks; replacement of the CP; admission to operation of the CP according to the new TC);
- Introduction of results of works with photofixation (CP readings, replacement acts, inspection acts, PCM acts, CP admission acts, etc.);
- Preparation of regulated reporting on the scope of planned and performed works at power metering facilities.
The economic effect of the project is achieved by reducing electricity losses (in 2021 by 3.4 million kWh), increasing the useful supply of electricity (in 2021 by 1.7 million kWh per year), as well as reducing the labor intensity of taking readings of metering devices, issuing certificates and entering them into AIS "KIS Balance."
