2022: Creation of a joint venture "Datakatalog"

As TAdviser found out, in July 2022, Arenadata, part of Sergei Matsotsky's GS Invest holding, created a joint venture with Luxms, the developer of the Luxms BI analytical platform. The new joint venture was called "Datakatalog," by 70% it belongs to the parent structure of Arenadata "ADF-Holding," by 30% - to the owners of Luxms.
