2022: Installation of a reference terminal for sign language video consultation
A reference terminal is installed in the waiting room of Vostochny station in Moscow for sign language video consultation to help the hearing impaired service-based omnicanal. CallShark Integrator project systems with sign language translation for Russian Railways is the TransTeleCom Company. This was announced on August 5, 2022 by AS Firm.
The terminal became part of the specially organized Vostochny station space. All the needs of people with disabilities are taken into account here: places for wheelchair seats with the ability to recharge them, places for guide dogs, soft sofas, staff call buttons are placed, induction equipment is installed to increase the volume and purity of the sound signal and transmit it to the hearing aid of a hearing impaired person. A separate play area has been allocated for children, where an interactive table with games and cartoons is located.
