Yablochkov Company (Jupiter LLC) is a Russian developer and manufacturer of charging stations for electric transport.

According to information as of August 2022, Jupiter LLC is a member of the relevant technical committee of IEC No. 69 and a member of the ISO 15118 committee - an international organization for standardization. As a result, the company participates in the development of future industry standards and can create products, focusing on draft standards that will be approved only in 2-3 years.

Products

As of August 2022, the company sells its own products in the field charging infrastructure for, electric transport including slow, fast and ultra-fast charging stations under the Yablochkov Charging Stations brand, as well as a complex software for commercializing the charging infrastructure (for applications , smartphones a web interface of owners and administrators of charging stations that meets the server ON standards of the international protocol OCPP 1.5, 1.6 (all versions).

In its products, the company uses:

  • Modular hardware and software architecture that allows you to replace failed modules within 10 minutes and increase power in the 20 kW interval without restrictions, which reduces the cost of operation and cost of equipment over the entire service life.
  • software for automation of station control and its remote control, which continuously monitors more than 120 station parameters.

History

2022: Receiving a grant of 30 million rubles for the creation of ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles

In August 2022, the Russian company Yablochkov won a grant of 30 million rubles to create ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles. Funds within the framework of the Development-NTI competition were provided by the Innovation Assistance Fund.

The first complex for fast charging of electric vehicles is planned to be installed in St. Petersburg in 2024. It will allow direct current charging of up to six electric vehicles at a time. The charge time of an electric car is 10 minutes. The hub consists of a power module with AC/DC converters and free-standing posts for connecting electric vehicles.

Yablochkov company received a grant of 30 million rubles to create ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles

A control system is located inside the power module, which will allow dynamic power distribution between stations, a cooling and heating system for equipment. In addition, the complex can be equipped with an electricity storage, which will allow you to quickly charge electric vehicles in hard-to-reach places where it is impossible to connect to a higher power network.

The charging hub will come with the embedded software of Yablochki's own development, which will allow analyzing data and conducting remote diagnostics of the station.

First of all, this solution is interesting for network companies, operators of networks of charging stations, large retail players, hypermarkets with their own parking areas or free territories. The installation of multi-bridge charging complexes will allow them to optimally use the built-up areas, simplify the collection of data on charging sessions and reduce service costs.

By August 2022, Yablochkov had installed 148 charging stations with a capacity of 120 to 500 kW. During the entire operation of the stations, 5 GVt·ch of electricity were shipped, more than 1.5 million charging sessions were produced. More than 3000 charging sessions are processed daily in automatic mode of the company's system (data as of August 2022).[1]
