It can supplement the course with a practical part. In the simulation, the employee verbally interacts with virtual bots and practices the necessary skills. Modum Verba can be implemented in different educational processes of companies. The system is presented in four formats: mobile web version; Web version for the computer widget embedded in e-courses; VR simulator.

The first two formats are self-sufficient. They may not be integrated with other customer systems. They contain a system for playing back dialog simulations and a separate portal for managing users and analytics. The widget format implies the ability to insert dialog simulations into ready-made educational programs, such as slide SCORM courses or longrides. Thus, the company can supplement theory with practical tasks without changing the current electronic process of creating a course. The VR format allows the employee to immerse himself in the practical part of the training and concentrate on the task.

Modum Lab has experience in building complex simulators, such as feedback to a subordinate or complex selling, where a hard script would be inefficient. Therefore, when developing Modum Verba, the company configured the system in such a way that it was possible to build a conversation within the framework of the company's standard, but to speak in your own words, without learning scripts.

The system is ready to respond to keyword sets at specific simulation points. Synonyms are selected for keywords and expressions - this is how a dictionary is formed. It can be strict or softer. Strict dictionary will be take into account only accurate and clearly pronounced words and phrases. But there are free dictionaries when speech is less formalized. In this case, the system does not expect a verbatim repetition of the wording from a person. For example, it is enough to use several keywords in the phrase , which can be represented by different synonyms, so that the dictionary counts the answer. Thus, the system analyzes the user's speech, compares it with the dictionary and determines which scenario to continue to interact with the user.

The company's specialists have formed a number of effective methods of training communication skills. Among them - interval training format : the user receives a small part of the theory and immediately fixes it in practice. Each interval is accompanied by feedback from the system.
