2022: Creation of the Smart City platform
RuSat Infrastructure Solutions JSC (RIR, part of Rosatom State Corporation) and the Administration of the Purovsky District of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug are deploying digital services of the Smart City platform. RIR announced this on August 15, 2022. The project is being implemented within the framework of the concluded contract between the administration and Digital Platforms and Smart City Solutions JSC (part of the RIR management loop). In accordance with it, the company will introduce 26 different modules that will improve the quality of urban management, the speed of response to emergency situations, and create additional opportunities for the development of dialogue between residents, business and government. As of August 2022, the platform operates in test mode, some of the modules are already deployed and filled with data.
Technologically, the platform is a software and hardware complex with various services for residents of the municipal district, combined by a single web resource. Some of them are closed (for official use), some are intended for public use. These are information and household services, including the possibility of communication between residents, organizations and representatives of the municipality. During the work, a web version of the Smart City platform and a mobile application are created. With their help, you can, among other things, book and pay for services provided by municipal institutions.
One of the main priorities of the administration of the Purovsky district is the development of direct communication channels with residents, businesses and enterprises. I am sure that the work of the local authorities will only be effective when the dialogue is simple, accessible to everyone, constant and fruitful. "Smart City" is an additional opportunity for feedback and a useful tool, in addition, many services make life more comfortable for Purov residents. The system makes it clear what problems cause the most acute reaction and they need to be solved in the first place, and what tasks - in a planned manner, - said the head of the Purovsky district Anton Kolodin. |
The "City Problems" module will allow residents with any problematic questions to contact a single digital window from a personal computer, laptop or mobile phone. Service modules will allow you to receive online information about earthworks, service areas of management companies, data from GIS housing and communal services. The "Street Cleaning" module shows the planned cleaning and the current status of events, helps to assess their effectiveness. "Public transport" allows you to find out the forecasts of the arrival of urban transport, schedules, stops and routes. The "City Government Plans" module allows you to control the implementation of municipal orders for the construction of facilities and landscaping.
The solution is implemented on the basis of an integrated digital platform developed by RIR. This is a 100% Russian product that takes into account import substitution requirements. After the implementation of the platform, RIR experts will conduct training for authorized employees of the administration and departments.
