The digital platform for companies and individuals SberKorus on September 5, 2022 announced the completion of implementation personnel electronic document management (EDC) in the Russian IT the company. SNEP AICHIE-DOCUMENT FLOW SberKorus 30 employees of the company are connected to the K service, who have drawn up 120 electronic personnel documents.

Employees of SNEP AITI got the opportunity to interact with the personnel department in an online format: sign an employment contract and confidentiality agreement with an electronic signature, transfer documents containing personal data, send applications for vacation, receive and sign additional agreements to employment contracts, business trip orders, internal regulations and other personnel documents.

Among the important advantages of CEDO from SberKorus, the company highlighted the lack of the need to issue an electronic signature to each employee (authorization takes place through Sber ID or SNILS), as well as the simplicity and convenience of the system interface for employees, which does not require training in working with CEDO.

An equally important factor was the significant reduction in the financial costs of sending documents to distributed teams of company employees who work from different parts of the country. The Company assessed the cash costs of courier services, paper, printing, components and consumables for paperwork and all these costs were higher than the cost of implementing and using the CEC.

Daily close communication with the SberKorus working group helped to implement the project in a month without stopping the processes in the personnel department.

One of the main qualities of electronic document management is a significant reduction in printing costs (spending on paper, office equipment and consumables for printers), mail transfer and storage of documents. Saving time is equally important. First of all, our personnel specialists appreciated the implementation of the KEDO. Management assessed the implementation of the system as mastering the latest technology for interacting with employees. This made it possible to strengthen the loyalty of our team. With this service, we showed concern for the comfort of each of our employees. Employees were satisfied: there is no need for physical transfer of paper documents to employees, and the processes of making decisions on documents and communicating these decisions to employees have accelerated many times.
