Automate holiday planning and create a single corporate services window based on Korus Consulting: K-Team
KORUS Consulting Group announced on February 14, 2023, the finalization of the functionality of the K-Team corporate portal for BFT-Holding. Now employees have access to updated modules: vacation applications, a store with branded gifts and corporate services. This increased employee loyalty to the corporate portal and helped reduce the workload of back-office services.
BFT-Holding is a Russian developer of software products and custom solutions for the public sector. The company has more than 2,000 employees working in 99 cities. To make it more convenient for distributed teams to plan vacations, the company decided to automate this function on the corporate portal based on K-Team Bitrix-24, which it had previously implemented in conjunction with KORUS Consulting.
The team of specialists "KORUS Consulting" has implemented a module for planning the vacation schedule. The solution was finalized for the business processes of the company and integrated with the internal system "Project Accounting." In the week since the launch of the module, most employees have issued vacation schedules for 2023. The system helped you do this on time with reminders. Colleagues praised the ability to manage their holiday online. The corporate automatically sends the changes made to the leave schedule for approval to the managers. When planning a vacation, you can see how many rest days will be available on a certain date in the future, as well as whether there are intersections with the vacation periods of colleagues. Employees can apply, agree, modify or cancel their upcoming leave.
Another key task of the portal development was the unification in one place of all internal corporate services and applications coming to the portal on the principle of One it. Previously, they were distributed through different channels, which caused inconvenience to employees. To implement the project, KORUS Consulting specialists integrated the Services module with the task management system used in the BFT-Holding. Now all applications coming to the portal are included in the service, and all applications, regardless of the method of submission, are displayed in the user's personal account. Employees can track the status of their cases, add comments and attachments.
Another innovation was the "gamification" module: corporate currency is charged to employees for activities and achievements. Users can see on the portal changes to their bonus account, the history of accruals and debits, issue applications for compensation: for example, spend BFT money on an OSAGO policy, a children's camp or a sports pass. Or exchange points for merch in a corporate store.
Thanks to these modules, the intranet has become a single entry point for all corporate services of the company. Now employees can get the necessary information in one place, apply for a vacation, order a branded merch. The BFT-Holding team appreciated the updated capabilities of the portal, and the company is ready to develop and improve it in the future. With the K-Team modules, the intranet will be able to close even more HR and management tasks, said Anton Bobrov, Director of the Corporate Services Department of KORUS Consulting Group of Companies.

The BFT-Holding team is a geographically distributed team, which consists of 80% remote employees. When colleagues are in different cities and time zones, it is especially important to interact effectively online, and the corporate portal helps in this. The company makes a special focus on the development of internal services - so that the solution of any issues is quick, easy and convenient for employees. Creating an Enterprise Portal
On September 5, 2022, KORUS Consulting Group announced the introduction of a corporate portal based on 1C-Bitriks24 in BFT-Holding. The site has combined the services necessary for work, helps to track the status of applications and tasks, improves the interaction between employees and the company, and increases involvement in corporate culture.
At the initial stage, experts investigated internal processes. It was necessary to increase the number of services, improve the tracking of requests, applications and orders, more point-by-point convey corporate news and announcements, collect feedback and analytics. Employees noted that they would like to see more information about new colleagues (in the office and remotely), speed up the search for contacts and documents on the portal. The company has a choice between substantially refining the existing intranet or implementing another solution. After analyzing the available functionality and convenience of the existing solution, management chose to create an enterprise portal based on 1C-Bitrix24.
KORUS Consulting experts developed an intranet architecture taking into account the customer's requirements, built a role model of users and transferred information from the old site to the created one. The enterprise portal combined workflows, optimized them, reduced the time for searching for information. Integration with the 1C personnel system used in BFT-Holding made it possible to quickly upload data on individual users, appointments to positions, vacations, organizational structure. For greater involvement, the portal has been branded. In addition, a weekly automatic newsletter was created to congratulate employees on their birthdays.
The portal has been operating for several months, and we have already noticed an increase in the involvement of colleagues. We are confident that in the future we will be able to achieve the planned implementation results - to increase the interest of employees in corporate news, establish communication, unite the team, speed up the processing of requests and make it more transparent, Tatiana Savushkina, Head of BFT BFT-Holding Training and Development Department, reported.
