The system allows, when passing through a frame with sensors, cameras, to determine the dimensions of the car, recognize the state registration numbers of vehicles, and read information from the transponder. This decision was developed by the domestic concern Telematics, which implements road toll projects on the Free Stream principle, commissioned by the state-owned Avtodor company.
Over the entire length of the road, 19 frames of the "Free Flow" M-12 designed, backup frames are provided. This will ensure stable and continuous operation of the system.
