Enhancement of centralized address directory functionality
Diasoft has significantly expanded the capabilities of the GAR Address Guide software product, which is part of the Digital Q.Referense cross-product platform. The developer announced this on August 24, 2023.
Now the reference book allows you to centrally store, process and control address information of any type:
- Russian addresses based on the data of the State Address Register (GAR);
- alternative address information (addresses from official documents containing typos, outdated names of streets and settlements, etc.);
- foreign addresses;
- addresses with any additional attributes (for example, SWIFT codes related to addresses, etc.);
- list of countries.
The updated address guide can be tailored to the individual needs and specialized business processes of each company. We implemented flexible settings in the area of the volume and nature of stored information, search and supplement address data, integration with other software products. A centralized address guide will help ensure the completeness and reliability of information, eliminate the need to store unnecessary amounts of data, Boris Kalinich, architect of the Diasoft cross-product platform Digital Q.Reference.

The directory supports the ability to download both complete address information and data on individual characteristics - for example, only information about cities and other settlements.
The product optimizes the data retrieval process. To solve specific business problems, you can limit the search areas only to the GAR reference book, alternative or foreign addresses, use an advanced "smart" search for additional parameters.
The ability to create new addresses has been added to the object search interface. Business users can easily and quickly add to the reference book if needed.
The "GAR Address Directory" is implemented in a microservice architecture. It easily integrates with Diasoft software products (including BIC reference books, payment systems codes) and solutions from other vendors. Interaction occurs through message brokers or APIs. The product can also be integrated into web applications.
Adding the Routine Management Solution
On January 27, 2023, Diasoft announced that it would help financial institutions set up centralized management of scheduled operations.
Routine Operations Management is part of the Digital Q.Referense cross-product platform. Its use will help financial institutions with a complex IT landscape centrally manage the IT products involved in routine operations and track the results of their work in one window mode.
To avoid operational risks due to incorrect calculation of funds, all software products must use a unified time calculation system (calendar management master system). The Scheduled Operations Management product allows you to centrally configure a single calendar for all IT products that maintain an operational day. The calendar can be both traditional and non-standard format (if necessary, you can set up more than 12 months a year, in each month exactly 30 days, etc.).
Diasoft specialists have improved the interface of the product "Control of routine operations" and made it more ergonomic. Added a navigation chain - now the user can track the execution of parent and related operations, easily moving along the chain and moving to nested objects. This is especially useful for the complex hierarchical structure and IT architecture of an organization, for example, for cascading closure of an operating day in organizations with a large number of departments, including in different time zones.
To perform complex interaction chains, the number of objects of routine operations has been reduced. Monitoring of the execution of operations has been added, the possibilities for maintaining regulations have been expanded - now this is possible in the context of departments and other parameters.
If an error is detected in the execution of the scheduled operation, the user can receive a notification by mail or an automatically generated task.
Easy to set up and maintain operational days. Now the user does not need to run several software products at the same time and work with each of them separately. The transaction day is opened using a simple form in "one window."
Since the closing of the operating day is a complex and multi-step process, it is important to inform the user in a timely manner about potential problems. In the Management of Routine Operations product, the user can specify the expected duration of the operations, if exceeded, a warning will be sent. In addition, it is possible to automatically track the number of objects being processed.
The product can be integrated with any IT solutions developed by Diasoft, other vendors or the financial institution itself. It is enough only to meet the technical criteria for interaction through the Apache Kafka message service.
2022: Addition of the reference book "Bank of Russia Payment System Participants"
Diasoft on September 14, 2022 announced the development of a reference book for centralized storage of BIC data.
The Digital Q.Reference platform has added a directory "Participants," payment system Bank of Russia which provides storage and distribution information bank identification of codes (BIC) published by the Bank. Each bank Russia identification code entry contains the information Bank of Russia payment system participant, its accounts, account transaction restrictions, and the code. SWIFT
Often, the bank's IT architecture includes a number of solutions from different vendors. If the NIR information is used by several IT systems, you have to update the reference books separately in each of them. This increases the time required for updates, the amount of information stored, and increases the risk of errors or the use of incorrect data. As part of one business process, there may be different data about the BIC of the organization, which is why payment documents will be drawn up incorrectly. The use of a single BIC reference book solves these problems: current information is supplied centrally to all IT systems, said Boris Kalinich, architect of Diasoft's Digital Q.Reference development platform.

The Bank of Russia Payment System Participants Handbook can be integrated into all necessary business processes using common message brokers or through the REST API. Like other software products in the Digital Q.Reference platform, this reference book is implemented in a microservice architecture on an import-independent technology stack. The Bank of Russia Payment System Participants Handbook can be used as a separate product, regardless of other Diasoft solutions.
