In 2009, the company's management decided to change the management and accounting system due to growing business needs. About 600 product release documents per month were carried out. To produce finished products, it was necessary to carry out up to 30 redistributions in 4 workshops different in their processes. About 20,000 production specifications and 37,000 item items are used.

The customer needed the ability to decipher the cost of finished products to materials and labor costs for the preparation of each component of the semi-finished product. At the same time, it was necessary to preserve the possibility of launching each semi-finished product into production separately from the entire chain. Special attention was paid to the automation of accounting for precious metals and products from them, the preparation of statistical reports on precious metals.

On the recommendation of the automation partner WiseAdvice-IT, it was decided to implement a master system based on the 1C:ERP 2.5 solution. In just 9 months, the system was prepared for launch into pilot operation by the minimum composition of a team of specialists from 3 analysts. At the same time, a significant increase in the degree of detail of accounting by 300% was achieved. The time for preparing monthly reports has decreased by more than 60%, and the time for preparing reports on the execution of the identifier of the state contract has decreased from several days to several hours.
