Task
Develop a mobile application while maintaining the functional features of the corporate portal.
Decision
It was important to create a native application for an existing 1C-Bitrix enterprise portal. At the same time, individual divisions of the organization already used the boxed application, they had enough existing functions. Others needed additional tools. This is how new services appeared.
1. the service "Work is" helps to choose a replacement for an employee who could not go to work. The service takes into account the geography of the request and supports the planning of working and weekends, so that the employee cannot send an application for a part-time job to another city or during the period when he has shifts in the main place.
2. The Claims and Reports service helps you set and monitor tasks. According to the algorithm, tasks are put in charge of employees. The system notifies the executor and the task manager of each status change. Also, using a mobile application, any seller-consultant of the network can quickly send a photo report, for example, on the display of goods.
3. The QR scanner function is implemented in the mobile application. The user can scan QR codes from the MPA and receive product data.
4. also in the mobile application integrated system video surveillances. It has access to a limited range of people (technicians, managers, financially responsible employees). The mobile application displays screenshots from each, cameras which are updated every few seconds. And when you choose a camera, the broadcast begins with it.
5. In order to maintain uniformity in the design and mechanics of marketing activities in all retail outlets of the network, the "Promotions of the Month" section has been created for the mobile application. The portal folders contain materials: a description of the shares in the table, a presentation in pdf on the design of the store for the action, ready-made posters for printing, tables with lists of goods.
6. on the corporation there is a block "Polls." Periodically, a survey is created and a link to it is sent to the news. The mobile application has the ability to take a survey with a convenient layout for the phone screen. After the survey, the user can look at the survey statistics at the moment.
Result
The company has received a tool that helps to build transparent business processes. The corporate portal and mobile application work without interruptions. Also, network employees are now more involved in the life of the company and the work of the portal. They receive news, tasks in a timely manner, create reports.
