In September 2022, Kazanorgsintez began using Russian exoskeletons, which prevent workers from getting tired. We are talking about the development of Exorais.
The exoskeletons that are issued to the workers of the Kazan enterprise are an external frame worn over overalls. When working with weights, it redistributes the load from the back and arms to the legs, reducing the risk of injury. First of all, this equipment is needed to preserve the health of workers, increase their endurance, as well as reduce fatigue by the end of the working day.
The pilot sites were the plastic products workshop and the illiquid products processing workshop of the plant for the production and processing of low-pressure polyethylene. Due to the specifics of raw materials, separate operations are preserved at the first stages of both industries - their employees perform manually.
As the head of the digital office of Kazanorgsintez Nikolai Krushelnitsky said, the main production processes at the enterprise have been automated for a long time, but in some areas it is still impossible to abandon manual labor due to their specifics.
First of all, these are the initial stages of receiving raw materials, for example, in the workshop for the processing of illiquid products, where the raw materials are actually different-format elements. We are going to find solutions for automating absolutely all production processes, but not everywhere it is possible to do this quickly due to the development of technologies or the complexity of design and installation. And employees need to do the work now, "he explained. |
According to him, Kazanorgsintez is also looking for temporary solutions based on modern technologies that will both facilitate and secure work, and can be implemented quickly in production.[1]
