The software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of the production enterprise "in OJSC " Krasnokamsky plant of metal nets. "

The choice of the contractor for the project to create an automated control system "ROSSET" based on the software product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was made on the basis of competitive selection in favor of LLC "PPVTI." Important factors when choosing a contractor were: the presence of the status "Center of Competence for Production," certification according to ISO 9001:2008, positive recommendations and the optimal ratio in terms of price-quality parameters.

The objectives of the implementation of the ROSSET APCS based on the software product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8":

  • Raising the awareness of management personnel about the state of production and the economy of the enterprise:
  • Reduced unit costs;
  • Optimization of inventory size;
  • Increasing efficiency (economy) of using production resources: equipment, living labor, reserves and reserves, working capital and other financial and economic resources;
  • Guaranteed compliance with the delivery dates of finished products;
  • Improving the overall financial performance of the enterprise.

The implementation of the ROSSET APMS made it possible to eliminate duplication of functions and reduce the possibility of various errors in the processing of documents. Working in a single automated system allows you to exercise operational control over all areas of the enterprise's activities and helps to form a reliable base for decision-making at all economic levels.
