Regional residents of the Fund will have access to support from the mentoring community and grants to finance projects. In accordance with tax, customs and other benefits, participants in the Skolkovo project are exempted from income tax, value added tax, property tax, insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance and compulsory medical insurance. Also, residents are fully reimbursed for the costs of paying customs payments and reduce contributions to compulsory pension insurance to 14%.

The status of the Derzhavinsky Technopark, which will work in conjunction with the Mielta Technopark, will allow selecting promising regional projects to support and develop technologies.
