2022: Move to Directum RX Intelligent Digital Process and Document Management

The Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies has switched to the Directum RX intelligent digital process and document management system. Since implementation, more than 2,500 documents and more than 1,000 tasks have been created in the system. This was announced by Directum on October 5, 2022.

In 2013, the company conducted a large-scale project for the implementation of Directum 5 - an electronic document archive was organized in a single system and key business processes were built.

In 2020, the company's management decided to switch to the Directum RX intelligent digital process and document management system, the architecture of which meets the current requirements for creating fault-tolerant, high-performance and secure corporate systems and meets all import substitution criteria.

• modernization of workflow processes.

Before the start of work, the specialists of the Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies were trained in the course "Directum RX Development." The project started in 2021 and took place in parallel with the development of the functionality of the current system.

The project team transferred information on counterparties, divisions and other data to the updated system. The result is an import-independent system based on Directum RX with a full set of data for full operation.

Integration with RabbitMQ is implemented. A software message broker is used to communicate between the company's systems. At the first stage of implementation, the synchronization of data on counterparties and financial responsibility centers was set up - information comes to the system from 1C.

Through integration, employees do not need to run manual substitution tasks in two systems. When a record is created or modified, the data is automatically transferred to Directum RX.

The workflow processes in Directum RX are built by analogy with Directum 5. The implementation team has set up additional conditions for creating notifications when sending documents for review.

Key users of the system are clerks. They record incoming and outgoing correspondence and send the documents for review.

When planning the transition to this system, the company took into account the labor intensity of the work. The introduction of Directum RX began with tasks that did not require major improvements. Thanks to this approach, the project team gained experience in development and practiced before the start of full-scale migration. During 2022, the company plans to transfer to the system:

• Manage travel and advance reports
• HR processes;
• sending and execution of applications for access to enterprise information systems;
• approval of powers of attorney for employees of the organization.

The transition of Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies to Directum RX will be completed by the end of 2023.
