UK "PS Group" developing network of perfumery and cosmetic shops "Rive Gauche" in Russia completed a pilot project of implementation of EDMS "Letograf. Background. System implementation was executed by specialists of developer. Within one week the solution was adapted to features of office-work of the company. Using a system in the company registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, accounting of agreements and also approval of documents are automated. All notes and offers received from users during trial operation were classified. Those from them which received a high priority were eliminated during the project by consultants of Letograf. Comments with lower priority should be resolved afterwards by specialists of customer company independently.
