Born in Moscow. In 2011 he graduated from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Economics and Management at the Enterprise.
He began his career in December 2011 as a specialist at the Center for the Organization of Competitive Procurement - a structural unit of Russian Railways.
In the period from 2013 to 2018, he worked at TransTeleCom Company JSC, where he consistently held senior positions, from the position of head of the tender documentation preparation department to the head of the procurement organization center.
In December 2018, he was appointed deputy head of the department - head of the competitive procurement department of the procurement department of the Moscow representative office of JSC FGK.
Since June 2019, he joined the team of USC InfoTrans as an Adviser. From July 2019 to the present, he has been the Deputy General Director (commercial unit) of Russian Railways-TechService LLC.
In 2019, Russian Railways-TechService launched a comprehensive strategic development program - the consolidation of support services for all elements of the user's IT infrastructure of Russian Railways, participation in complex integration and transformation projects of a federal scale, the launch of a new direction for supporting life support systems and engineering equipment, and the implementation of infrastructure projects in the format of a life cycle contract. Work is underway to further diversify the portfolio of services to ensure the operational stability of the company, development prospects. Special attention is paid to the issues of professional development and social security of personnel.
In 2020, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Director General and Chairman of the Management Board of Russian Railways, and in 2021, the Gratitude of the Deputy General of Russian Railways was announced.
