Adding the Sharing Platform Module

RIVTS-Pulkovo on September 26, 2023 announced the addition of the Common Access Platform module, which is part of the COBRA automated system.

The module allows you to register passengers of any airline on the same counter at the airport without changing the infrastructure thanks to the support of various models of peripheral equipment and DCS airlines (ORS TAIS, COBRA DCS, Sabre Interact, Amadeus Altea and others).

The "Sharing Platform" module is built on the basis of cross-platform solutions, which allows you to initialize it on import-substituted OS. Among the key features of the module is centralized management of the structure of workplaces and DCS distributions, a separate authorization system (with the ability to integrate with the enterprise domain). Also, the module features the ability to support various models of peripheral equipment (baggage tags and boarding pass printers, document and boarding pass scanners, flight documentation printers, etc.)

The module running at the registration workplace is integrated into the working environment of the current operating system, so that control over security settings remains completely in the hands of the customer's system administrators. Thanks to the implementation of the "Public Access Platform" module, it is possible to reduce the operating costs of check-in and boarding procedures for passengers.

On June 15, 2023, RIVTS-Pulkovo announced the finalization of the functionality of the Monitoring of Performers module, which is part of the COBRA automated system. Additional functionality allows you to control the movement of personnel and equipment on the platform and beyond.

The module is represented by two types of workplaces - 2D (flat apron map) and 3D (three-dimensional apron map). It allows you to view operational and archived data on a graphic map, receive real data online about the path of routes of objects in accordance with a given goal, demonstrate the indication of the employment of personnel and equipment, promptly warn about possible service failures, and also send messages to the "Mobile workstations" module.

This functionality includes the attention zone editor, geotracking of equipment, choosing a geotracking display period from 30 minutes to 2 days, displaying the address closest to the resource and filtering the resource display.

Add Passenger and Baggage Inspection Control Module

On March 14, 2023, the RIVTS-Pulkovo company presented to airports a module for monitoring the inspection of passengers and baggage - KDPB. The module allows you to avoid situations with unauthorized passage of passengers into technological areas and eliminate errors associated with the human factor (double check-in of passengers with identical full names, "baggage change").

The KDPB module is part of the integrated automation system of Cobra Airport. It is used to carry out passport control of passengers and keep records of baggage accepted for transportation. KDPB records the moments of registration of passengers and baggage transfer, as well as the passage of all checkpoints by the passenger: registration, pre-flight inspection, boarding exit.

Data Base passengers are created on the basis of PNL, ADL telegrams data and third-party passenger registration systems or received directly on inspection control, in case of passenger registration online. Data from third-party registration systems is received using an additional, software consolidating data from the registration desks. Data transfer is possible from an unlimited number of registration, control and inspection racks.

Thanks to the automated analysis of telegrams using the system, you can check the electronic landing. When registering online, it is unnecessary for a passenger to print out a boarding pass. He can immediately undergo passport control and inspection procedures.

An additional solution has been implemented for baggage screening employees, where they can mark suspicious luggage. For example, a passenger with such a mark will not be able to board and he needs to carry out an additional search.

The interface has a color indication that allows you to track the current status of the passenger's movement. The functions of forcibly prohibiting or allowing the passage of a passenger at a specific inspection point are available. A passenger return feature is also available if they have previously left the "clean" area.
