The Izhevsk Radio Plant Group of Companies is one of the leading instrument-making enterprises in Russia. Develops and manufactures electronic equipment for strategically important industries: space, fuel and energy complex, railway transport, navigation and telecommunications.

Project Objectives:

  • Ensuring the management of transparency in the management and control over the progress of projects, all changes on them, analyzing the effectiveness of projects, identifying weaknesses in order to subsequently eliminate them.
  • Create a knowledge base for projects.
  • Need to ensure that project team runs hardware projects for customer customers and eliminate project chaos.

The solution is implemented on the AMBER platform. The following works were performed:

  • Implement and configure AMBER for your organization.
  • Set up the Projects section to reflect all the information you need and a built-in business process that reflects project stages.
  • Set up the Events section, which allows you to capture all changes and communications about the project.
  • Provide convenient work in the project team system.
  • Implementation of tagging functionality for convenient search of information on tags, including unrelated objects.
  • Finalization of functionality for working with holdings.
  • Set up reports for online analysis of manager activities, project progress, project conversions.
  • Organization of convenient structured file storage.

The implementation of the AMBER system has improved the overall efficiency of the project management service. As a result of the completed work, it was possible to fully establish control over the implementation of all projects and changes on them, to get the opportunity to analyze their effectiveness and identify problem areas.
