The solution is implemented on the AMBER platform platform. The following works were performed:
- Implement and configure AMBER for your organization.
- Set up the Projects section to reflect all the information you need and a built-in business process that reflects project stages.
- Implementation of AMBER in 5 regional branches.
- Automates the process of processing cases from request to sale. All requests from the site, landings, phone are automatically registered in AMBER and assigned to managers.
- Set up case and sales reports in different slices, by region, department, manager, overdue task.
- Integration of AMBER with the current financial accounting system and contact center.
Results:
- For 3 months, conversion from requests to sales increased, on average, by 20%
- The time for working out large applications has been reduced by 2 times
- Sales by region, where AMBER was implemented, grew by 30%.
- Any reports required by management are prepared for a few minutes.
