Career

2015-2020

Before joining Pochtatech, Daniyar Sadykov developed and implemented development strategies in several IT companies, has successful experience in launching high-tech projects. From 2015 to 2019 In the role of Director for Business Development, he was responsible for the formation and implementation of a sales plan for Rostelecom's IT subsidiary, Rtlabs. Since 2020, he has been engaged in operational management at the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Research Institute "Voskhod," a subordinate enterprise of the Ministry of Digital Science.

2022: Appointment as the new CEO of Pochtatech

On November 3, 2022, Postal Technologies announced the appointment of Daniyar Sadykov as the new CEO of the company instead of Stanislav Chernin, who will remain the head of the board of directors of Pochtatech.

New CEO of Pochtatech appointed

According to the press service of the company, the main tasks of Daniyar Sadykov as head of Pochtatech will be to create new competence centers within the company, increase the efficiency of business processes, optimize costs and develop interaction with other IT companies.

It is also noted that under the leadership of Sadykov, Pochtatech will focus on the further digitalization of the Russian Post services, will create new B2B solutions, and will also prepare the company for a potential entry into the foreign service market.

Before heading Pochtatech, Daniyar Sadykov worked in the company as an operating director.

Characterizing Stanislav Chernin, the company noted that he successfully implemented an anti-crisis strategy for the transfer of IT specialists and development to Pochtatech, built horizontal and vertical processes in the company. After leaving the post of CEO of the company, he will focus on the strategic development of Pochtatech, and will also continue to implement innovative projects as director of innovation at Russian Post, which he has been holding since 2021.
