2022: Logistics IT Platform Plan

On November 3, 2022, OMNIK, a research and production company, a developer of equipment and software for automated self-service and parcel delivery terminals, and the federal delivery service Top Delivery, announced a strategic partnership. The joint investment program, which is being implemented with the support of IMPACT Capital Valery Zolotukhin, is estimated at about 700 million rubles.

The main goal of the investment program is to create an IT platform in the field of logistics on the Russian market, which seamlessly at the level of technologies and operations will unite all the key business processes necessary to organize the delivery of all formats: production of checkpoints, operation and maintenance of the network, and now delivery to the door and to pick-up points. A common open platform will allow its customers − online stores to connect the main types of delivery in one window - the "last mile" to the door, checkpoints, pick-up points, and optimize delivery costs, which will ultimately save them both time and money.

The decision to partner with TopDelivery is due to the growth plans of the OMNIK holding and the need to increase the level of manufacturability, quality and delivery speed in an unstable market. To implement these plans, OMNIK shareholders were looking for a confidently developing, financially transparent partner with an impeccable reputation and extensive experience in delivery to checkpoints. Partnership with TopDelivery will allow OMNIK to establish delivery to checkpoints not only daily, but several times a day while maintaining quality and a fixed tariff: integration ON TopDelivery and OMNIK have already been implemented. OmniCDEK at the same time, it will continue to cooperate with current logistics partners, in particular, with SDEK Global. In the future, the holding plans to expand the list of partners in the delivery sector in order to provide a high-quality "last mile" in all regions. countries

In turn, the partnership will provide TopDelivery's delivery service with additional growth opportunities. In the near future, it is planned to significantly increase the capacity of both companies, including hiring employees, developing new competencies and expanding warehouse space.
