2022: Potential Customer's Interest

Rostec The statement of interest robotic in the BMP-3 with the combat module "Tit." This became known on November 3, 2022. According to the industrial director of the arms complex Rostec Bekhan Ozdoev, it is planned to create demonstration vehicles due to the interest of a potential customer^[1]

This robotic complex can independently move along a predetermined route without human participation, both along the to data system and satellite navigation without them. The driver and shooter functions are robotic.

BMP-3 can be controlled remotely and used in the most dangerous directions to save the lives of the fighters included in the crews.

The machine is equipped with a modern and effective complex of weapons:

• 30 mm automatic gun 2A72;
• PKTM 7.62 mm machine gun;
• a 100 mm 2A70 gun that can also be used as an ATGM launcher;
• the " Tit" combat module "sees" the terrain 360 degrees at any time of the day.

It is equipped with an ATGM charging mechanism and an automated digital fire control system.

The machine is an initiative development of the All-Russian Research Institute "Signal" and "Kurganmashzavod," which are part of the holding "High-precision complexes" of Rostec.^[2]
