The World of Privileges Bank has accelerated customer service 10 times thanks to the technology of Smart Engines, which announced this on November 10, 2022.

Mobile application "World of Privileges" is a kind of project that includes a digital payment ecosystem.

Using the application, the client can:

• refuel using a QR code without leaving the car (through a digital gas station);
• issue bank cards "Qulay Card" and "World of Privileges" with increased cashback;
• issue insurance policies for OSAGO and CASCO;
• Become a member of the global loyalty program;

For automatic entry data into the system, it is enough to present to the camera smartphone an identity document (for receiving financial services), a driver's license and a TCP (for issuing OSAGO). The technology itself will determine the type of document, recognize the necessary fields and enter the client data into the application. The system will also automatically verify the authenticity of the document based on an analysis of graphical protection elements.

Managers of the World of Privileges Bank use the function of scanning Smart Engines documents when issuing financial and insurance products, and since it is important for the client to receive the service quickly, the time that reduces the processing of personal data is of great importance. This became especially important when issuing a Qulay Card debit card for foreign citizens. This debit card is issued for citizens of 15 different countries - these are completely different identity cards, most of them in a foreign language. And the Smart ID Engine product easily copes with this task, recognizing them in seconds.
