History

2022: Change of ownership to Investcom

In November 2022, it became known about the change of ownership of the agroholding AFG "National." The new owner was Investcom, owned by the partner of billionaire Iskander Makhmudov in the KM group Ivan Yuzefovich.

The fact that Investcom became the owner of 99.99% of the Kuban AFG National LLC is evidenced by the data of the SPARK-Interfax system. The change of ownership took place on November 7, 2022. Another 0.01% remains with LLC "Land Resource."

Earlier, the regional arbitration court satisfied the claim of Investkom LLC to transfer 99.99% of the share in the authorized capital of AFG National LLC, owned by the holding of the same name. The court made the corresponding decision, satisfying the application of Investkom to recover 3.35 billion rubles from the structures of AFG National.

According to the case file, the value of the asset excluding debt is determined at 205.1 million rubles. The specified share was pledged to Rosselkhozbank under a loan agreement. The rights of claim were previously bought by the Moscow company Investkom.

General Director of Infoline Analytics Mikhail Burmistrov, in a conversation with Vedomosti, suggested that the buyer most likely became the owner of AFG National by acquiring the holding owner's debt to Rosselkhozbank in the amount of 15 billion rubles. Requests to AFG "National" and "Investcom" remained unanswered. Earlier, Sovekon director Andrei Sizov told the Kommersant newspaper that AFG National could be divided into several parts for optimization. For example, a potential buyer could allocate rice cultivation, the production of cereals and vegetables, contracts with retail in one part of the business, and grain production in another.[1]
