2025: Directum RX Implementation
Yamal Airlines implemented the platform, Directum RX continuing the course towards using the Russian software solutions. For the company, this is an important step in the digital strategy: the transition to domestic software should ensure sustainability and uniform rules for working with documents in all branches. This was Directum announced on November 28, 2025.
Directum RX became the basis for the updated workflow. Contracts and invoices are now drawn up according to unified templates, approvals are carried out along approved routes, and financial documents are formed and stored in a common archive. This approach eliminated process differences between affiliates and made it easier to interact on a geographically disparate team.
The knowledge base and financial archive have also been transferred to the system. Placing services on separate servers made it possible to increase stability and reduce the time for exchanging documents. As of November 2025, Directum RX is used by about 500 Yamal employees.
The company plans to expand the use of domestic technologies. Among the next steps is the launch of personnel electronic document management, a corporate portal and Directum intelligent tools to speed up coordination and work with citizens' appeals.
