The key task of Europapir was to guarantee the information security of its IT infrastructure, minimizing potential vulnerability as a result of the influence of macroeconomic factors. The solution of the American supplier, which was previously used in the company, was an increased risk against the background of the vendor's departure from Russia.

OBIT specialists conducted an audit of the Europapir infrastructure, as well as an analysis of Russian developments in the field of network security. As a result, a complex of solutions from UserGate was chosen, combining firewall the latest generation (NGFW), an intrusion detection system (IDS/)IPS , protection against and, malware viruses content a filtering system, and VPNserver other functions. Integration and support for the UserGate software product "OBIT" took over.
