Online Supply Monitoring Solution
B2B-Center has launched an online supply monitoring service based on the end-to-end cloud procurement digitalization solution B2B Altis. This functionality eliminates the "blind spot" in procurement - the period between placing an order with the supplier and delivery, reducing the risks of millions of losses from possible disruptions of critical orders. Now the customer can see in real time all the checkpoints he needs: from signing documents to production and entering the warehouse.
After signing the contract, the customer often does not know what is happening in production, in logistics, at customs, relying only on the date of execution of the contract. The customer and the supplier interact with this B2B-Center service based on the B2B Altis solution in a single digital circuit, where all delivery stages, status, requirements, supporting documents, deadlines and changes are transparent in order to avoid large-scale losses from delays or disruptions.
In online mode, the supplier notes the key steps from start-up to shipment, updates schedules, downloads the necessary documents and indicates the reasons for the delays. The customer sees the current status, receiving signals about the risks of disruption in advance, which gives time to change the logistics scheme, connect an alternative supplier, use reserve stocks. Additional convenience - all discussions, change approvals, and delivery documents are stored in the system as a transaction history.
| Supply chain reliability has become one of the main competitive qualities of the business. With this service, we expand the functionality of the electronic trading platform, creating a digital environment for monitoring the full life cycle of the order: from finding a supplier to accepting finished products in stock. We are confident that the service will increase the efficiency of interaction between customers and suppliers, - commented Olga Gromkova, General Director of B2B-Center. |
The online supply monitoring service is available to users of the cloud procurement digitalization solution B2B Altis within the Altis Orders module. You can connect it when creating an order through the Demand Register or the Corporate Online Store (CIM).
Support for analogues in the end-to-end process
The B2B Altis cloud solution has support for analogues in the end-to-end process. The update allows you to not only select alternative solutions from suppliers, but also automatically transfer data about the selected part to all subsequent stages of purchasing: from the conclusion of a contract to the delivery of products. This was announced by B2B-Center on May 14, 2025.
When creating a procedure, the organizer can enable the ability to submit bids with analogues for bidders. After that, suppliers will be able to offer analogues of purchased products or services.
What is changing for buyers?
- Once applications have been accepted and the bidders have been admitted to the procedure, the purchaser can select from the NSI reference book the appropriate position for the proposed counterpart
- The system automatically carries out a check: so that for all winners who offered analogues, a position in the reference book is indicated
- If the test is successful, you can proceed to publishing the results
To automate the entire analog cycle, the update includes integration with key purchasing milestones:
- Altis. Register of Needs - The analogue item number specified by the buyer in the NSI reference book is transferred to the register of needs for further procurement
- Altis. Catalog - after the procedure is completed, a draft of the product for the analogue position is formed in the catalog
- Altis. Contracts - the position number of the analogue in the NSI reference book is automatically transferred to the contract module to create a contract with the winner
| Supporting peers in Altis' end-to-end B2B process is a response to key market demands. Buyers can now not only find alternative solutions for the best conditions, but also automatically associate the results of the procedure with the reference data. The new tool provides seamless information transfer and eliminates errors at all stages - from creating a contract to delivery, - commented Olga Gromkova, CEO of B2B-Center. |

Run Analytics Service for Procurement Process SLA Evaluation
Altis B2B has launched an analytics service to evaluate SLA the procurement process. This was B2B-Center (Center for Economic Development) announced on June 7, 2023.
Depending on the individual requirements of the customer, the system sets SLA standards of any type and control points for calculating these parameters. The service allows you to assess the effectiveness of various indicators:
- timing of procurement procedures;
- terms of approval of applications;
- terms of agreement and conclusion of the contract;
- timely delivery, etc.
In real time, SLA reports and dashboards are generated. They show how the level of task execution meets the specified standards.
All charts and graphs are interactive, you can set various filters in them: by supplier, category, purchasing method, geography, responsible employees, period. For example, you can examine in more detail the statistics of pending procedures that violate the SLA or the performance of each purchasing employee. A convenient data presentation format helps managers reduce time spent on analytics. This means that it is faster and easier to find problems in business processes, prevent risks in the early stages and adjust the procurement strategy.
| This analytical service will allow the heads of procurement departments not only to assess the effectiveness of their employees, but also to establish interaction with other functions of the enterprise. The implementation and analysis of SLA helps to carry out purchases in the necessary time and in full, - commented Andrey Myshkin, Director for the Development of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Systems. Starting the multilocation service
The system for the end-to-end purchasing process B2B Altis has started the multilocation service. This solution enables companies with geographically distributed infrastructure to effectively manage purchases across all branches. The company B2B-Center this on March 27, 2023.
The service is focused on organizations that have tens, hundreds and even thousands of branches in different regions, primarily in the service sector, retail, telecommunications and banks. Such companies have an extensive warehouse structure, and they are faced with the task of optimizing logistics.
The service allows you to flexibly adjust the level of aggregation of needs by geography (region, city, division or final address) and consolidate purchases "on the ground." At the same time, companies can form a single order for the same type of demand for all branches at once or only for the selected location.
The service is especially effective when purchasing standardized goods and services, for which it is possible to fix the cost for a certain period and set price variability depending on the delivery region. For each individual location, product prices are automatically determined. The buyer sees proposals directly in the system from vendors with which master contracts have been previously concluded, and generates a purchase order.
| Cooperation with M.Video-Eldorado allowed us to create this special service for the market. The customer in the interface sees complete information on all locations and item categories. For each group of goods, you can set different prices for the region or a single one for the whole country, and flexibly adjust the terms and route of delivery. Our service significantly reduces the labor costs of companies and the timing of purchases, - commented Andrey Myshkin, director of development of procurement and supply chain management systems for B2B-Center. |
