Run Analytics Service for Procurement Process SLA Evaluation

Altis B2B has launched an analytics service to evaluate SLA the procurement process. This was B2B-Center (Center for Economic Development) announced on June 7, 2023.

Depending on the individual requirements of the customer, the system sets SLA standards of any type and control points for calculating these parameters. The service allows you to assess the effectiveness of various indicators:

  • timing of procurement procedures;
  • terms of approval of applications;
  • terms of agreement and conclusion of the contract;
  • timely delivery, etc.

In real time, SLA reports and dashboards are generated. They show how the level of task execution meets the specified standards.

All charts and graphs are interactive, you can set various filters in them: by supplier, category, purchasing method, geography, responsible employees, period.
