On November 22, 2022, Softline announced the introduction of the smart occupational safety and health control system Smart Helmets in Daltransugol JSC (Vaninsky District, Khabarovsk Territory). The use of digital personal protective equipment allowed the company to optimize the level of industrial safety. With the help of software and hardware and trackers installed by Softline Digital, employees of JSC Daltransugol can collect data on the state of their employees, their actions at the production site, which contributes to the effectiveness of production process management and continuous control over compliance with safety regulations.

According to the company, JSC Daltransugol required modern means to ensure the safety of personnel during the work. The solution to this problem was proposed by the Softline group of companies, presenting its development - the Smart Helmets positioning system and tracker software.

Work at the Daltransugol terminal takes place in harsh climates, which are complicated by the presence of fine coal dust. Therefore, it was important for our customer to test the devices and make sure that digital personal protective equipment would also function stably and continuously and under the influence of adverse production factors. With the help of smart helmets, the client receives an online notification about the movement and presence of personnel in various areas of the terminal. Helmets also warn a person about crossing the border of the danger zone. In addition, the system automatically generates reports on personnel movements - this information is stored in the database, and by processing and visualizing it, you can analyze the work of employees for any selected period. This helps to optimize the quality of work of specialists, strengthens control over compliance with safety rules. In the event of an incident or accident, a signal is received from helmets or trackers, which makes it possible to immediately assist the employee or withdraw him from the danger zone.
