In Umlekan and Rublevka, voice communication of such quality is now available, as if the interlocutor is talking from the next room, and the speed of the mobile Internet is not inferior in quality in Blagoveshchensk and any other large cities of Russia. Now local residents can connect to any digital services, "personal accounts," online cash registers can be installed in stores.
