Anrait moves to CommuniGate Pro platform

2022: Implementation of vendor's business communications platform and launch of demo zone for customers

ANRAIT, a Russian system integrator, and the CommuniGate Systems group of companies, an expert in the field of unified communications, announce the completion of the implementation of the manufacturer's platform for business communications in the partner's IT infrastructure and the launch of a demo zone based on it. This was announced by ANRAIT on December 6, 2022. The ANRAIT project is one of the most complete CommuniGate Pro installations in Russia in terms of using the product functionality.

After leaving the Russian market of some IT giants, for example, Microsoft, AVAYA and Cisco Systems, in early 2022, about 80% of state customers and about 30% of commercial organizations faced a serious challenge - the need to quickly replace services for business communications. And these were not only ANRAIT customers, because IT companies used the same products. The company did not look for "patches" - among the first to decide and with their own hands migrated to the domestic platform of the partner CommuniGate Systems. In this way, they quickly received not only a wide range of functionality for work, but also practical experience, and further developed expertise. We tested this commercial solution, which is ready to implement and support customers with full knowledge, noted Alexander Batyrev, CEO of ANRAIT.

The project was implemented by ANRAIT in three weeks without downtime, of which seamless migration took two days off. The integrator's employees use Russian business services of corporate mail, calendar, notes and tasks, as well as corporate cloud, chats, video communications and telephony.

At the beginning of December 2022, the system operates industrial in operation mode, on its basis ANRAIT launches a demo zone for customers in the current IT loop. Now customers of the company have access not only to product consultations, budgetary implementation assessment, but also to check the operation of business applications in practice with the "first line" of the service by. The current installation supports up to 500 test users who can be connected to CommuniGate Pro-based enterprise services for free for up to three calendar months.
