2022: Implementation of the Smart City platform

The administration of the Tambov region, the municipality of Michurinsk and the State Corporation Rosatom are deploying the Smart City platform in the city. The project is aimed at creating a comfortable and safe digital environment for citizens. The decision will create additional opportunities for dialogue between residents and the authorities, citizens will be able to take part in the development of Michurinsk and speed up the solution of urban problems. This was announced on December 13, 2022 by RIR (RuSat Infrastructure Decisions).

The service will allow residents to initiate activities, contact a single digital window with any problematic questions, and administration employees will be able to better and quickly consider citizens' appeals. The solution was implemented on the basis of an integrated digital platform developed by Rusat Infrastructure Solutions JSC (RIR, part of Rosatom State Corporation). This is a 100% Russian product that takes into account import substitution requirements. The city is introducing the latest version of the "Smart City Platform Version 2.0," which has a convenient interface. A web version of the Smart City platform is being created, the key service "Residents' Messages" is being deployed. The module is deployed from the cloud according to the SaaS model.

One of the main priorities of my team's work is the qualitative improvement of the life of Tambov residents, the development of direct feedback channels with residents and businesses. "Smart City" provides additional opportunities for this. It is important for us to understand what problems cause the most acute reaction, which, according to residents, needs to be solved first of all, and what tasks should be implemented in a planned manner. This will increase the efficiency and quality of work with the population. In the future, a single digital window will be created in all municipalities of the region, - said the Head of the Tambov Region Maxim Egorov.

The purpose of our joint work is to give residents all possible tools to appeal to the authorities, to ensure an operational response to people's requests, to reduce the burden on employees of the city administration. Our portfolio for December 2022 has more than 50 electronic services for residents, municipality and business, which we can deploy at any time depending on the needs of the territory.
