A single digital environment has been formed in Multispace Dinamo. Investments in low-current engineering systems and IT infrastructure amounted to about 385 million rubles. Digital solutions include: a software and hardware complex for managing workspace and engineering systems, Multispace Mobile's own mobile application, a single multimedia infrastructure, a web interface, a wide range of Face ID services and MCDS video. The Multispace mobile application allows you to automate all office functions and adapt the office to the individual needs of the company and each employee. So, customers with the help of a smartphone can manage engineering systems (climate, lighting) and multimedia, book jobs and meeting rooms in two clicks, quickly leave applications for cleaning and other services, invite guests to the office, make orders from a corporate cafe without waiting in line, use the entire public infrastructure of the project. The application provides a map for orientation in space and a quick search for colleagues.

Functionally, Multispace Dinamo is divided into corporate offices (3rd and 4th floor, 13th - 16th floors) and public areas.
